OK, this is no doubt THE INTERNET VIDEO PHENOMENON OF THE DAY.

Today, even Fox News talked about it.

Did you see the serious military dude at the Demilatirized Zone in Korea ( @ 1:53) ? He certainly was not dancing :-)

Does anyone know where in Taipei was he dancing? Looks like an amusement park.
