Here is my definitely not to miss list:
1. 水蟹粥.
Here is a photo I took when I was in Macau in a small family type restaurant - the crab meat was very sweet and tasty. The 粥 was bubbling and with the perfect texture because they used the right utensil and cooked them individually not from
a 大鍋 like most restaurants.

2. 葡撻 - different than the regular 蛋撻, are made with a bit of coconut milk and have a brown caramelized top. I swallowed down all 3 of them at one time, they are relatively small in size.
3. 猪排包 this is a little bit dry - no sauce, but very tasty.
4. 葡國雞飯 I tried to cook at home with the off-the-shelf sauce from the market, not even close to the same small family restaurant. Their potato tasted better than the chicken.
