The newly open Hong Kong Bistro is a gem.


I ate there the first time last week, and liked it so much that I immediately went back again the next day.

Here is a dumpling that I tried:


It was done just right --- the dough's texture was as yummy as the veggie and shrimp inside.

My sister was with me. She is used to the high standard of Chinese restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area and even she was impressed.
