Blue Ginger
Blue Ginger, one of the original Fusion restaurant located in Wellesley, Ma, about 15 minutes away from Boston. Ming Tsai, the founder and owner, was voted one of the 50 most beautiful people by People Magazine in 2000. All my out-of-town friends want to go there and of course to take a picture with him if he happens to be there doing his celebrity round.
The menu is selective, the environment is causal, of course no flip flops, and the food is pricey. I like the lamb chop most and I think that's his best dish - I order that almost every time when I dine out there (counting 10 times).

Here is a picture taken with Ming Tsai in 2007, my out-of-town lady friends surely looked happy, that shows that an engineering major (he studied engineering in Yale) can have a future in showbiz.
