There may be a need for users to paying attention to the "sign out" process. My recent experience suggests that if you just close the browser without clicking on the sign out button (upper right corner of the page) of iGlobalChinese.com, you may still be seen as being on line by others. What is worse: the next time someone uses your PC (e.g. in a public place), that person can take on your identity without having to know your password. I would record this as both a reminder to all users until the auto-signout feature is implemented.

I found the same problem Ahho has identified too. I was puzzled, initially, seeing a friend marked as "on line" on iGlobalChinese the other night. Now I am nocturnal and so are a number of my friends, but for this gal to be up at 2 a.m.? Unlikely. So I called her up thinking we may go out for a night cap or something.... guess what, I was told to take a hike (and worse). But the bottom line is .... yes she had a password when she signed up, no she did not click the sign-out button before she went to bed, and yes she did close the browser herself. (then I heard a click on the line afterward..... so that's all the info I can give you to help solve this mystery)

That must be why they call her a tease :-)

I tried to write a blog entry, but had to sign out before completion. So I hit the 'Save Draft' button at the bottom of that screen. It brought me to a Preview page. So, I thought that my draft was saved. I signed out. Yes, I did sign out! But, the next time I sign in and try to continue editing the saved drast, I cannot find it. Can you tell me where has it gone? Thanks.

I've found that 'saved draft' of mine. It's in the "Manage Blog" page. Sorry!

Hey, what happened to the Chinese (TC & SC) on the tabs? Also, did Chase change the decor of the Main Page again?

I just joined 新亭博客研討區 and would like to give the technical team some feedback. It is quite easy to go to 新亭博客研討區 from the articles posted in 新亭博客, but coming back to the articles from 新亭博客研討區 is too inconvenient. I had to go back to Main Page to find the link back. Can you include some link on 新亭博客研討區, that will point me back to the original articles?

The decor of the main page has not changed for quite a few weeks. The Chinese char conversion tab has also been there for a few weeks. In other words, nothing has changed.

Sometimes, if the font size is large, the horizontal menu wraps to the second line or is pushed to the right off the browser's display window and you need to scroll over to see it.

By the way, "comments" in a group is not displayed under "Activities" in the Main Page, and no email notifications is sent out.

And yet, due to its simplicity, "comments" in this group is heavily used. Whereas "Discussion" is much better.

There is not much point in having both "Comments" and "Discussion" in this group. One or the other is sufficient.

I am considering disabling the Comments feature for this group so that folks use the "Discussion" feature instead.

When I first signed up a year ago, I noticed some sort of email/webaddress was assigned to each user. Was this another one of my faulty memory? If not, then can those email/webaddress actually be used to forward email or link to my page? Has anyone out there tried? Please enlighten if you know.
