四 海 一 家

Based on this article, drinking fruit or vegetable juice every other day may keep Alzheimer's disease away.

Key result: "A new study shows people who drank fruit and vegetable juices more than three times a week were 76% less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease than those who drank juices less than once a week."

I have also seen an article about a particular Chinese herbal medicine that have shown some positive results based on a study. I am trying to find that article.

Found 2 other articles about Chinese herbs that might help fight Alzheimer's disease:

1. May help vascular dementia:

2. May help early sign of forgetfulness

Both are based on work publicized by researcher Jinzhou Tian, MD, PhD, of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.

I wonder if this is reliable enough to use as practical advice.

Anyone knows more about these studies?
